Effective date: October 8, 2026. FilePilot is published by the developer listed in App Store Connect. This page describes how the app handles information when you use it on your iPhone or iPad.
FilePilot does not collect personal data for its own servers. Files you import, create, or record are stored in the app sandbox on your device unless you export them with the share sheet or save them to another app you choose.
The optional built-in web panel loads pages you request; those sites may use their own cookies or policies. Voice memos, photos, and imports follow the same on-device storage model as other files in your workspace.
We may update this policy when the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised text on this page.
